One of the earlier meetings for Horatio in Rome, Archie is actually an old friend from Horatio's time in the Navy--and a huge relief to find here in these confusing times.
Mary first found Horatio after his arrival. She's seen him pretty naked. It's possible he'll never actually look her in the eye ever again.
There is infinite value in finding other quiet people. This fellow Vulcan is not only quiet but incredibly willing to have learning adventures, so he's a true keeper.
Horatio is infinitely glad that there's a commodore around for him to occasionally shut down his brain and listen to (and more glad still that the commodore in question is also a giant Rome nerd).
Henry and Horatio have gone on unnecessary scroll-in-pot-hunting adventures together, wherein it was proven Henry is way too advanced for Horatio.

backtagging. Yes. Probably forever.
threadhopping. Ask if you're worried but almost certainly yes.
fourthwalling. I doubt it will come up, but it's not a problem. Just promise you'll tell him Nelson is real if you do.

hugging. Yes. He honestly needs it. He'll almost certainly be awkward about it.
kissing. Yes. But he's not good at it.
flirting. Like why would you but yes. He's very likely to not quite get it.
fighting. Please do. It does a body good.
injuring. Anything minor can probably be assumed. He's not at all careful with himself. A heads up for major injuries would be appreciated, and talking before debilitating injuries would be best. Honestly, he puts himself in a lot of dumb situations, but he's got canonically good luck at getting out of them, so let's chit chat.
killing. As above, talking first is best.
using telepathy/mind reading abilities on. Yes. He's basically a wall of static surrounding a core of insecure panic.
warnings. Horatio was the victim of some fairly rough abuse as a younger man, and sometimes still drifts in the direction of suicidal ideation. I try not to bring it up much, but if it's something you need me to have a steel trap on, please give a ping!
If you have questions or concerns about something on/not on this list, let me know!
